Project rejected - unable to respond

In the comment to my rejection letter, I see that the admin obviously didn't understand the project in which I posted. In the comment was a question, which I answered... only I got: "You do not have permission to post to the list: root"
Which is *very* frustrating.
Admin oh admin... PLEASE send me contact info.
Admin's question: "Is this a site, or a download resource? If this is a site, this forge site is not the appropriate place to list it. "
My reply: it is a download resource, and a place for translators to get together and create new localizations of Joomla. I manage a large team of translators and we are working on a lot of languages. We have a bunch of new Joomla localizations (which don't exist yet, that we would like to share with the rest of the community).
Please reconsider the rejection and fix (what I consider a bug) - and leave a real reply-to so people can respond when you have questions!
I have a lot of translators waiting for this project to be approved - so I hope that we can get this done soon.
Thanks!
