[WARNING] a non GPL CMS based on Joomla!

Hi to all...
One of my customers informed me about a CMS selled by http://www.selfcomposer.com/ .

This CMS is selled with a copyrighted code, and seems to be really similar to Joomla, if not the same.
This is evident expecially in the back-end where the similarity with joomla is impressive.

This is just a feeling, but I'd like to advice all the joomla community to look at

and at the backend:
http://userdemo.selfcomposer.com/admin/login.asp (user: free, pwd: free)
in order to evaluate my feel.

Please, let me know if I'm in right... and if it is legal.

Look at the file extensions in the url's, they are asp, so this is not Joomla!

Yes, it could be enough as a eviedence

but is still impressive the similarity in the backend... (have you took a look?)
