Hello All!

I work for the Presidents Leadership Class at the University of Colorado at Boulder. We currently have an online Alumni community (that doesn't use Joomla!) but we're looking to create a Student Sections where our studuents can obtain class information and sign up for future events. Joomla! apperas to be my best bet.

I've been working with building a site using extensions and modules but I'm new to Joomla! and the experience has been humbling. Are there packages available for student sections?

Did you find what you needed with Joomla, or did you go with another system?

Thanks for the inquiry! I was looking around in the extensions section and found Community Builder. I'm still trying to work through it but it appears to be what I need.
