Help! I deleted my includes folder

Hello, I think I really screwed things up. I have been working on a site for my job. I installed joomla and am using a custom template from a designer. They used ftp to upload the templates. Now, everything was going fine and I was near the end of formatting content etc... but then I accidently deletedd the includes folder in the ftp. You see I got confused and thought I was deleting and include subfolder. Is there anything I can do to get it back? What does this mean now? I don't have it backed up.
