I can't open the submit news article form. When I'm trying to open the webpage, then I get an "Operation has been cancelled" message

I have only tried with IE 7.

It works for me in FF b3 and FF 2.0.x

Anyone else have issues with IE7?

I can cofirm that it works for me as well with FF 2.0.

With IE 7, I can see the guideline text including the line "Do not worry if English is not your first .. " and then I get this error message box:
