I do not know if this goes here, but if not, please move it to where it sees fit,

My name is Jose, I live in Colombia with a friend and we have been developing a community of Colombian joomla!, We have created a website, a forum and a chat to support and help all the people in Colombia and Latin America which are deeper in this world

All I want to know is that if the site is something that violates the license that has joomla! Or whether creating such communities requires a permit or something like that, I am very grateful for the responses, as I am willing to do whatever as long drawn our dream forward.

I don't believe there is anything wrong, legally or ethically, with what you all are doing; in fact, I believe that it is quite in harmony with the spirit of open source. Just make sure to give credit for development where it is due (incluyendo a tu), and don't stifle honest criticism or negative feedback. Congrats and say hi to mis amigos Colombianos!

Not sure, why don't you private message one of the main moderators and ask them about it, they could probably give you a solid yes or no.
