on the http://www.joomla.org/latest10 page, you are presented with a "see announcement" message in the notes tab. clicking on the files tab displays 6 patch files. Attempting to d/l any of them brings back either a login screen (if logged out of joomlacode.org) or a "permission denied" (if logged into a joomlacode.org account).

Are there any other mirrors? Anyone else having problems obtaining 14 Stable?

I am also trying to get the patch from 1.0.13 to 1.0.14 but the Gforce site even after confirming registration tells me Permission Denied?

Help.

I want to run the patch for the following reasons and would love some feedback from anyone doing the same or having the same problems.

1- Admin logs me out during simple admin processes
2- Not seeing any content on the home page when I have published to it?

Most importantly is 1.0.14 compatible with the Virtuemart 1.0.14 version?

Any help is appreciated.

I'm having the same problem - permission denied. Anyone know why? Or where I can get 1.013 to 1.014 patch download from?

Has anybody resolved this? Downloaded the patch (1.013 to 1.014) in the last couple of days? This is getting really frustrating!

I asked Wilco Jansen (Joomla member - named on joomlacode.org as the person who submitted the release ) about access to .14 - his answer:

The difference between 1.0.14 and 1.0.15 is one line of code, so there is really no need for people to look for 1.0.14

Don't think access will be granted - but there should be some sort of note stating this, so people don't go crazy attempting to find this build..

Thanks I have been able to download the 1.013 to 1.015 patch! Like you say it would have been helpful if there had been some sort of note stating this!

All the downloads and updates to 1.0.15 are there. In any case, I'm glad you figured it out. I am moving this thread to the correct forum.
