Can Anyone Help?

I cant download any version and I keep getting "Unhandled PropelException" error. I'm new to Joomla and not trying to be stupid but need to see what i'm working with before calling myself dumb lol.

There seemed to be a problem with the downloads at http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/joomla/frs/ earlier today.
