AJAX Vote Plugin not works

I guess this is problem of server. I installed this plugin on other server and works fine. --> (both Joomla 1.1.14.)
No it's not a problem of CHMOD or a code, I tryed everything, every suggetion.
Anybody had experience with this plugin on a Siteground? I really like this one and it would be nice to use it on my site. Any help will be welcome.
