All-in-One Video Plugin for Joomla 1.5

I have just installed the All-in-One Video Plugin (version 2.4) on my Joomla 1.5 site, however, it does not appear to be compatible with it.
Is there another flash video plugin that makes it easy for me to embed flash video on my site? Please advise, as time is of the essence.
