The sandbox is very slow. It is waiting for ages for rum-collector-2.pingdom.net, whatever it is. The same bot is often seen at the live forum, too.

Yes, the sandbox forum is slow but it is just on a sandbox server which is shared by multiple joomla sandbox sites, so I suspect that that this is one issue.

PS: I have removed that spammer from the sandbox, in theory there should be no user registering on this page.
