How to create new wiki pages?

I would like to create new wiki pages besides the main page. I would like, for example, to put my component's admin guide in wiki, and link to it from the "Home Page" of wiki.
Is that possible with current implementation? How to do it? I tried some things like use of attachments, document creation but no success.
