That was the first thing that came to mind when I saw what Joomla meant! 

I liked 'power in simplicity' it said so much about the project.

I hope the new slogan says the same thing about the new project.

I did like:

But I don't think there should be reference to content management in the slogan, it's too technical.
And I do agree, don't explain the name in the slogan, it's repetitive. Besides, not knowing what it means is a good incentive for people to go to the site and read the FAQ.
I'm not in a creative mood currently.

What about:

Joomla! - Easy, Enhanced, Exciting

Or maybe:

Joomla! - Meet your Needs!

As english is not my native language i like to explain the fifth one (you set the limit) - i hope you get what i mean and it is nothing negative: sometimes a user could do more than his program allows him - so the prog sets the limits for his work. My slogan should mean that jOOmla! is free from limits - "it's as intelligent as it's users"... got me?
