Getting this error when i access the bug report for docs and when i visit this link http://help.joomla.org/content/view/33/60/

NOt sure where to report this, so i figured this was the best place!

mossession::store failed
DB function failed with error number 1062
Duplicate entry '1-' for key 2 SQL=INSERT INTO mos_session ( `session_id`,`time`,`username`,`gid`,`guest` ) VALUES ( '931d21c8e72fc3918f4887547c62a049','1138946741','','0','1' )

I'm getting the same error message:

mossession::store failed
DB function failed with error number 1062
Duplicate entry '1-' for key 2 SQL=INSERT INTO mos_session ( `session_id`,`time`,`username`,`gid`,`guest` ) VALUES ( '8d2d55c844fd0352a62625b40fec5410','1138948088','','0','1' )

It appears on all help.joomla.org requests.

I can't seem to replicate this... Is it still happening for you?

It happened to me a couple of times yesterday, appx 16:30 GMT.

now I can see that page, but I saw the same problem yesterday...

I stiil get the  message when I click on the help tab on joomla.org
I can however reach the page when I enter the adres in Firefox.

Please can you try clearing your browser cache to see if that makes any difference.

so what was the problem actually ?
will it come back again ? 

I talked to Andy about this issue the other day and I believe it was due to the session table within the database not being cleared or something along those lines. There wasn't actually any issue with the MySQL server itself. I am not sure whether this issue will re-occur, I guess that would be better addressed by a member of the Joomla team who knows the code etc. We just make sure the servers keep humming along and leave the code to them

Haven't read all this though BIG TIME it's happening to me with 1.1.10.
Tried a LOT of stuff to fix... for me anyways as I'm sorta novice/intermediate...
So... still searching around....
