Humor Section Text?

In the course of human events it becomes necessary for someone to take on the role of grammar, spelling and punctuation Nazi. As nobody has volunteered for this role to date, I'm going to raise a hand and answer the call.
Quoted from the Humor section description:
Share the gift of laughter with others. and bring mirth to the world.
Shouldn't it be:
Share the gift of laughter with others. And bring mirth to the world. (Note the capitalization of the letter "A" in the word "and".)
Personally I don't like starting sentences with a coordinating conjunction and would drop the "And" all together:
Share the gift of laughter with others. Bring mirth to the world. <<< We have a winner!
Thank you for taking the time to review this crucial problem that afflicts this forum.
