Change the description of the 'General Discussion' forum?

It seems like a lot of users are posting technical questions in the 'General Discussion' forum lately. While there is nothing wrong with asking questions, isn't the intention of this forum to talk about off-topic, i.e. 'non technical' chats? At the risk of being annoying and reporting every stray thread, how about a little sticky asking folks to publish their questions in the appropriate sections or change the area description to say 'no joomla support questions here please'? Am I making a big deal out of nothing or is there a serious issue with not putting topics where they belong. (Yes, you may call me a neat freak if I'm overreacting.)

How did my this thread end up in the Dutch section of the forum? I clicked "New Topic" and after submitting it ends up here? Interesting. I must be going bats, either that or the forum is taking a vacation.

Dank u if memory serves?
(My native language is English, but I'm trying to learn German on the side. The Dutch is just an added bonus from a penpal that speaks several languages.)

yeah...
dank u = thank you (in formal way)
dank je = thank you (informal)
(which makes English much easier, as you do not have to think so much about using a formal or informal "you" when addressing someone
)
