We have installed the following language packs on the forums, just select in your profile:
Dutch
Finnish
French
German
Italian
Portuguese
Spanish
Turkish
Catala - Buttons Done!

However we will need someone to make up buttons for each of the languages. Any volunteers? They must retain the same look as the English ones.. just be translated into each language. If you are able to help, please post a reply with the language you can do. I'll pass the entire button pack on then so no buttons will be missed.
