A call to core team about translations/extensions ...

Hello world,

I'm working with the french translation team, and several times, developpers asked me if I knew a place where they contact translators (I mean, for others translationss). At the moment, I can only redirect them to http://extensions.joomla.org/component/ ... Itemid,35/ which is not done for such requests.

I think this should be a good idea to create a new portal like the developpers one, where developpers could contact us (translation teams), moreover, we could post in it translation guides, help about UTF8 syntax etc ... and finally translation teams could have a place where they could meet each others (I know, there's the forum, but, once again, it's not really convenient for this)...

What do you all think about it ?
