SOLVED: Displaying Special Characters (ñ á ¿) Correctly

Hi,
I had a problem where the Joomla shoutbox wouldn't display special Spanish characters correctly unless I manually set my browser to UTF-8. But there is a fix, which I found at http://forum.joomla.org/index.php/topic ... 4474 (thanks, infograf768!). He's referring to the file /language/english.php (or whatever language you use). And just for fun, I also set my locale in the global configuration to es_EC.UTF-8. That should do it for various modules that malfunction.
