e-card component or other advocacy tools?

Our non-profit uses Joomla, and I'm looking for some kind of e-postcard advocacy tool. We'd send a blast email to our members, asking them to go to a page to enter 5-10 email address of people they wanted to send an e-card to. The system would then send an e-card to the list and, ideally, how many were sent and the reader's click through to our website would be trackable.
Is there a component like this? I don't really want to use a newsletter component since it wouldn't send the email immediately. I guess I could make the welcome email for the newsletter be the e-card, and never send an email to the entire list. But I doubt that would allow any kind of tracking.
Are there other tools that would help with advocacy \ awareness efforts? We already have CRM through etapestry and use e-newsletters, but I'd love to add things like "Send a letter to the editor", "Write Your Congressperson", tell-a-friend forms, petitions, etc. I'm pretty much looking for the advocacy tools that Democracy in Action offers, without another layer of supporter\list management.
Thanks. Check out our site at http://www.ednf.org if you want to know how we use Joomla to do what we do.
