[Fixed] IE 6.0 CSS Issue for Extensions site

Hey you guys. I hate to even say anything to our Extensions team because you guys have worked so hard -- I am certain harder than any of us can imagine -- putting that great site together.
Last night, we have a community member ask if anyone could recommend a comments component for articles on his site. Another person provided a link to the proper area in the Extensions site which provided a rich array of selections for this purpose. But, the requestor said nothing was there.
I came along and clicked on the link and was immediately impressed with the choices. Reported back my confusions. One day later, the requestor comes back and proves to me with a screen print that there was nothing there.
It took awhile, being a dedicated FF user, to realize it was yet another IE CSS issue. The body is falling to the bottom of the page.
If you want to see the confusion < and how I added to it > see this thread

Thanks much for fixing this little glitch -- but mainly for providing this most excellent resource.
Amy

This was first reported several weeks ago and has been reported since in several different threads. I trust that it will now be resolved. Thanks in advance

So not funny!! You have to try and make a joke out of a serious issue that people cant view importanty joomla resources.

No, Brian. That is not what I did. I tried to help encourage the people who work very hard for free to help the community.
No one is intentionally trying to prevent anyone from viewing important Joomla! resources. In fact, the very people who you are attacking for not moving quick enough are the very same people who made this resource available to begin with. Why would they go to all that trouble and work and the hours and hours of effort to provide the resource merely to keep people away from it now? It makes no sense.
Brian - you are a really brilliant guy. You have vision and passion and concern. When you have something to say, I tend to listen to you because you are usually right. But, your methods of dealing with people frankly leave a little room for improvement.
I do not like to have this message printed here in this forum for the entire world to see. But, you refuse to talk offline. You have blocked my PM messages and told me you receive too much email to talk to me. I have no idea how to reach you expect in this very public place.
And, if you ask me a question, like the post above, I -- primarily out of courtesy -- will respond.
You can, Brian, add my email
[email protected] to your IM. You can, Brian, skype me at AmyStephen. You can, Brian, PM me. I am available to you. I will talk to you. I would LOVE to talk to you.
++++++++++++++++
Please - noone else jump in here and attack Brian. He is trying to work things out. Please leave him be.

Issues of problems viewing the ressources with different browser will be taken seriously.
Thanks for the reminder Brian.
This bug report and the earlier reported issues will be looked into as soon as possible.

Sorry for the delay folks. This is now fixed. It was the adsense banner that was pushing it below.

Thanks, Andy. I just tried it with IE and it looks great! Thanks for posting in the other thread, as well.

I just visited the extensions site on a friends computer sadly using IE and set to 800x600 and I see that the problem still exists.

It seems as if the problem only occurs if the google ad is a banner advert. If instead it is the block of four adverts then the 4th advert is just hidden and the template flows correctly

Further investigation indicates that the problem with the layout breaking is only on this page
