Is the joomla forum template a freebee or joomla exclusive?

If not for download, could anyone point me in the direction of some template tutorials?

I forgot to mention I was talking about SMF templates :-D I know how to make J! templates

The same applies.

All Templates used on the official Joomla! sites are exclusive.
We obviously wish to keep our look unique.
