Not installable extensions

I just noted the ES Commerce listed as a component and module. Neither of them are installable in the standard way. why is it llisted?
If you find an issue with one of the extensions in the directory the proper thing to do is report the issue. There is no reason to post here in the forum. You will find the "Report" link on the detailed view of every extension in the directory. Please try and be as detailed as possible in the Message section of your report.
The editorial team cannot possibly test all 600+ extensions in the directory. It is up to the community to help us. Thanks for your help.
