After reading most of the posts in this section, I thought it would be fun (and hopefully useful) to get a discussion going on a common decision that most of us seem to be dealing with.
Paducah Public Schools is in the process of designing and creating our new website for the district. We want to have a overall common look and feel, a common "main menu" and a single user database with a single logon. On the other hand, each school "site" should have it's own "home page" and each school site would have a menu unique to that school. These are probably similar to other school district concerns and needs.
So what does the group think? A single site for the district with each school in it's own section? Multiple joomla sites? Or using some component such as MultiSite?
