Extension for configuring input fields

Hi,
I'm fairly new to Joomla and I'd appreciate some hints and help to making it work. Currently I'm setting up a webzine using Joomla and I'm trying to make it as easy to use for the contributors as possible. One of the content types for example are CD reviews and right now the reviews are normal content where we require each item to look the same (basically put the album cover image here, publisher here, grade here, that type of thing).
My idea was to break this down into a couple of individual input fields instead, so that the writer's don't have to worry about the structure of the review, just put in the publisher in one edit field, the grade in another, etc, and then it'll all paste together into a review following some specified rules. The question is whether there are any extensions that allow for this type of use? I was browsing around the extensions database and there's a lot of them that modify the content management, but I didn't find any that do want I'm looking for (I think)..
I hope my description is understandable, and if anyone has any other suggestions I'd appreciate the ideas.
Best regards,
Henrik
