Is there an extension that ... ?

I have ContentByEmail installed and working great. I have Anjel Newsletter Lists installed and working great. The Submit News is working great. Is there any kind of extension available that would allow Content posted by email to trigger emailing that article to a specific newsletter list? Is there also any kind of extension that would allow an article when published to trigger emailing that article to a specific newsletter list? I haven't had any luck in finding anything. So thought that I would try posting this question before delving in and writing my own. Thanks in advance.
