Hello,

There is a review in for our product, Jom Comment http://extensions.joomla.org/component/ ... /#rev-4084

which is completely false. Latest number 65. It seems the user did not know how to use Jom Comment and disable the hide comment/hide comment box option. He did not even e-mail us to ask about it!

Why aren't we allowed to rebut the comments anymore?

I support the open source community, but we are CODING FOR FOOD in joomla. please make it friendly to us, and i think the majority of us are ethical and do not cheat.

Its not a comment system, but a review system. Only one review pr. user allowed.
If theres inaccurate information in a review you can use the 'Report this listing' option, and then the editors can have a closer look at the review.

Just had a look at the review you mentioned, and it was obvious that it contained inaccurate information. Only needed to visit the demo to see that comments would show up fine on same page as the article. Therefore this review is now unpublished.

If you see any inaccurate reviews in future then please use the 'Report this listing'. Thanks

Yes, review system. I've been eating too much Jom Comment lately.

It's good that you have that, but it will be easier for author to rebut the reviews themselvs. Shoud have a form for "bug report"
