any chance of having a childboard established for 'learning forge administration', so that us web hacks, who ordinarily would not be involved in project administration can ask questions for clarification/guidance on the manual etc, and not forge issues, look, www output, without the risk of posts getting lost should there be an influx of issues.
I would envision that after a while it would end up being self-supported by 'old hacks' ,'old-hands' and clever people who have managed to translate from hi-tech speak and get things operating smoothly on their projects, and in the manner of open source, would be willing to pass on the results of their learnings.
regards...

Not quite sure what you mena by "Childboard"? we've been using this forum for the past couple of weeks to cover forge issues. There are a number of SourceForge developers and members of the support team that are active in answering questions, resolving issues etc. Is there more you are looking for than we provide here?
Thanks

http://forum.joomla.org/index.phplook at Administration as listed on that page.
childboard is a sub-board that comes under the main.
Joomla Forge - Feedback/Information [current space we are communicating thru']
|_learning forge administration [listed under current board, but with specific category of posts]

Ah ha! now I see. Thanks. Never too late to teach and old dog new tricks.... :-)
So in this case we'd have a childboard that would be focused on "Joomla!Forge Project Administration"
that we'd keep clean for just admin issues. Yup - I like it. Give me a few minutes and we'll be off and running.
