How to add a Font Resizer?

Hello guys, how can add a (javascrit) Font Resizer to my templates? thanks!

If you want to be visible in all your webpage, you have to add it inside your index.php template fajl.
, i have manage to integrate the font resizer to my template but my problem is instead of the font which supposed to enlarge the line spacing of the content are expanding...
