Suggestion:
I think it would be great, if we could subscribe for a specific extension's update notification list. When the developer releases an update, emails will be sent to the subscribers about it.
So, the users will be always up to date about the components they use.


PS:
-There was a topic at March 2006 about the same idea, but that topic is dead. So I though to start a new one.

I completely agree here.  I also saw that earlier message and was tempted to refresh the idea but was too lazy.

An update to an existing extension is just as important or interesting as the introduction of a new extension.
