[FORUM] Announcements, teams policies and changes.

Hi,
We have different teams working here, on this forum. We can find some info about the teams and their licensing policies in the Joomla! Developer Network, in each subforum, in private forums, in the Help site, in the Extensions sites, in the News sites...
This information is dispersed. And it´s incongruent (if not incompatible). See these posts:

Often, the community has bad info on these important issues, I think it would be nice to have a public Licensing Policies page with all the applicable info for the different teams and to post this info and it´s changes as Announcements, not only releases, events...
