Well, let's get things clear: I do know where Joomla home is (obviously). I do know the difference between .org and .com domains. And now... In his first post, @jubahn mentioned joomla.com site, and the problem with images. Then, I've looked there, and, apparently, there is a problem with images the...

Now I don't understand you properly, because on the site I've checked (joomla.com), it is not everything fine. Images appear only when I specifically click to see them, but, when I refresh my browser, they dissapear again.
Is there any other site you're talking about ?

Images were not deleted, they are still there. However, there is a strange situation, because, instead of images, there are white spaces in FF. When I right-click on image placeholder, then--->show image, the image appears !!! I've checked the home page only. In IE, it doesn't work, of course... Hav...

It should be working now.
I've downloaded it some 2 months ago, works pretty well, except some issues with javascript collisions in IE.
