Re: Discussion about : Joomla! Events - Come and meet us !
Wow... Toronto! ... that's about an hour and a half away... maybe... depends on where in Toronto. I see this is a Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday event... makes it a little tough but I think I can ask for at least ONE vacation day and STILL call it "work-related" or maybe even get work to let me go as a pa...

Re: Discussion about: Joomla! 1.0.8 Released
it says here: m under upgrade instructions Upgrading from any version of Joomla! 1.0.x to 1.0.8, simply involves overwriting your current sites files, with the files in the proper Patch Package that applies to your site. So if you are running Joomla! 1.0.5, you will need the 1.0.5 to 1.0.7 Pa...

Re: Discussion about Joomla! 1.0.7 Release
Kudos on 1.0.7
I missed 1.0.6, but apparently that's ok. Upgraded from 1.0.5. The process is so simple. I put the .tar.gz file in my web root and then just tar -xvzf -filename-of-patch.tar.gz and VOILA! done. No issues.
Thanks team!

Re: Discussion about: Joomla! 1.0.2 Stability Release now available

In the following file: http:///includes/js/tabs/tabpane.css there are several font references that only have Tahoma in them. I'm on linux with FireFox... no Tahoma Can it be changed to ...

Re: Discussion : Logo Winner Annoucement
The interlocking hands theme is a good one. The colors chosen are fairly standard design as the combination shows dissimlarity as well as similarity. I don't see this as a "copy" of anything, but rather of a new (and nicely done) application of a universally recognizeable concept. Folks, I've CARVED...
