Who would be the person/group who would make this decision? It's not just about convenience, it's about Joomla security.  Too many joomla sites are on hosting companies which do not have the ideal security settings in place.  Again how can we get this link on the joomla home page?  Wh...

It would be  extremely helpful if there was a link on the m home page of system/hosting requirements.  It should be a part of the main menu.  Too often a person installs joomla without full knowledge of the basic and ideal hosting requirements.  It should be a part of the Main Me...
