Please put a link to System/hosting requiremnts on Joomla.org home page

It would be  extremely helpful if there was a link on the http://www.joomla.org home page of system/hosting requirements.  It should be a part of the main menu.  Too often a person installs joomla without full knowledge of the basic and ideal hosting requirements.  It should be a part of the Main Menu.

Equally important I think the list of Joomla's recommended hosting companies should also a part of the main menu.  This is critical because of security issues and ideal performances.  The more we can direct our Joomla community to the best hosting company the safer and more robust our Joomla community will be.

It is available at http://help.joomla.org/content/view/34/169/ but I think it's a good suggestion to publish it at a more prominent place.

Who would be the person/group who would make this decision?

It's not just about convenience, it's about Joomla security.  Too many joomla sites are on hosting companies which do not have the ideal security settings in place. 

Again how can we get this link on the joomla home page?  Who makes the decision.

I feel this is extremely important for the Joomla community.

I will try and 'engineer' it so that it becomes far more prominent on the Help Portal - at least a start

I posted the same question (very similar at any rate)  in the first few weeks of Joomla! and tbh I had forgotten about it since joining Doc Team.
