Re: Discuss: Joomla! 1.5 RC4 --- Introducing Karibu
As one of the bug squashing event coordinators, I'm extremely happy to see this work-to-success connection here. This is what we as developers and contributors in the community love to see. There's a correlation between hard work done by the community in a concerted effort and the abilit...

Re: East Coast US Joomla Users [NYC/Manhattan Joomla!Day]
For the Joomla Day USA, the hack room is a place where developers, users, designers, can come together and share thoughts, help, and frustrations with Joomla...and fix them in real-time. It's a kind of "fix-it" and "learn-it" room.

NFG, Nice avatar! So, I went to work yesterday seeing that we had about 112 registrations, and based on the slow pace of adding registrations, I figured it would take a few days to hit 125. Well, seems like it's moved faster than I had expected! We're lucky enough to have 150 total...

Penguin Day Austin (TX) - April 28, 2007
Hey everyone,
We've got another Penguin Day happening in Austin, TX (USA) and I think that it would be great to have some members of the community there.
http://www.penguinday.org
Great event to learn about how the non-profit community is using open source. Likely a smaller crowd of about 50 people.
Best,
Ryan
