Well if you just want to make a t-shirt for yourself, you could always use an iron-on transfer and make your own

It's also against the rules at Cafepress to use copyrighted images in your merchandise. So, Cafepress will not let you make unofficial Joomla! merchandise using the Joomla! logo. And of course the symbol is protected along with the word, I can't understand why you're even wanting to setup your own J...
