The outside space requirement is too high. For example, the Joomla website itself is out of compliance. Yet it looks fine.

I think its very clever. Everyone is going to notice the name, it's not going to be mistaken for anything else - like a dance or some other software, and it is short, easy, and fun to say. In addition, the team was able to get the trademark registered and there are a ton of available domains for it....
