Re: Discuss: A long day...

I won't post the link here that confirms what I'm trying to say, but the same cracker defaced various private sites (yesterday and today) using an unknown exploit. These sites are not related to the joomla.org sites, but are community sites that are built on Joomla. Attacks were not directed to joo...

Re: Discuss: A long day...

In trying to find a common exploit, I'm trying to help to prevent this person (or copy-cats) from affecting other Joomla-based sites. the answer: I think we are lucky that the particular component that was exploited is only used on the Joomla shop site and not by the community at large or this coul...

Re: Discuss: Joomla! 1.0.13 Released

Hi I personally sent an e-mail to Beat (CB) and Soeren (Virtuemart) on July 3rd to let them know that the changes were committed to the trunk and they would be in the release.  Obviously, this does not include all the bridge builders but they are two of the major ones and the only ones that are...

Translation projects validation process on the forge

For instance, there are currently 4 french translation projects hosted on the forge, only one is "official". If the 3 other project admins are not aware of the "official" translati...

I'm no longer Admin on my project!

Hi, How can this happen  I was editing user matrix permissions for one of the project members, I saved the parameters and then lost admin rights on my project. I'm pretty sure I was not editing my own permissions, but would this be the case, it's pretty surprising that one can so easily screw u...

Thanks to the dev team... BUT What's the point of maintaining such a release schedule !? We're talking about stability releases right!? With less bugs than the previous ones right? But look at what happened with 1.0.6 and now with 1.0.8! Some bugs fixed but new ones introduced  Why not focusing...

I don't like how download statistics is reported, as a graphic showing downloads by day. I would like to see total number of downloads since project launch, for example.
