Anyone else finding the Forge very slow?

Anyone else finding the Forge very slow?

I am finding the response time of the forge incredibly slow especially while working with the task management facility.

I've tried changing browsers and hosts and still it seems very slow.

Am I alone ???

I'm using an ADSL at home but have to wait for approximately 5 minutes just to create a new file. Hope this situation will be changed soon as I'm currently having Submit Content project on this Forge. Many language files are waiting for me to upload...

I have similar experiences. The site is quite slow using a DSL connection.

Option1: Sourceforge is slow by design  :P
Option2: It's a server load issue  :o
Option3: Client side slow motion browsing feature ;D

Please make this Forge a confortable place !
Maybe we should learn from the past  :-\

Yes, it's slow alright. I'm on dialup,so it's a %100 party killer. :'(
Sourceforge.net used to be this slow itself, but after there last redesign, the speed seems to have increased. Mind you, those sourceforge guys seem to be always adding stuff to there site. (servers,etc)
