Hello Everyone,
I am new to Joomla! and wanted to try the online demo. But the demo page says that Joomla 1.0.13 & 1.5 RC 1 site demonstrations are currently offline and unavailable. And therefore I was not able to view the online demo.
It would be great if anyone can help me as to how to go about it, Is it because the site is closed, or I am not following certain necessary steps to view the online demo.
Thanks

The demo sites are down until further notice.

Why? This has been going on for a long time now.

Re: Site Demonstration unavailable
The demo sites are unavailable because:
1. Brads evil twin escaped and tried to take over the world.
2. There just aren't enough volunteers to go around. We tried to make clones but that didn't work.
3. We tried to grow new volunteers by chopping up the old ones and planting the pieces in a flower pot. But the old volunteers didn't like that very much.
The demo sites are down until they can be re-configured (frontend and backend) to make them more secure - from those "people" that like to insert spam and other garbage into the demo sites. But really there just isn't enough hours in the day, so that's why it's taking longer.
