problem with svn Topic is solved

hi
maybe here is not the right place to ask this question but i have a problem working with joomlacode svn
each time i try to connect svn using Tortoise svn client i get this error
Error: REPORT of '/svn/docman/!svn/vcc/default': Could not read status line:
An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.  (http://joomlacode.org) 

any help??
