Ban will stay.
Sadly there were more than enough valid reasons for the ban and the feedback we received didnt change this.

The history :

First message :

Hi poubel,

Last night two of the editors worked online for hours to clean up multiple accounts which is not allowed to have. While we where online we could see how you created new users and tried to manipulate your own ranking. Such actions will not be allowed!
You´ve had several "extra" user accounts and used them to vote for your own extension.
These accounts have been removed and their actions deleted. Your user poubel is now blocked.

You need to read the simple rules very carefully: http://extensions.joomla.org/content/view/12/36/
Especially the part about Voting. There you´ll see that you qualify for a ban.

Let us hear your comments on these actions you did, and then we will decide if this will be a temporary ban or whether we have to make it a permanent ban. Thanks.

My answer :
I am really very suprised to hear the bad news. Please believe me when I say that I have nothing to do with this very dishonest  behaviour.
I definitely think that somebody wants to harm me. I personally have experienced several issues with hackers lately.
For several days my site has been the prey of hackers with 3 hackings in less than 15 days.
I have just spent this week repairing the dammages. My Webhoster recorded several attempts directed towards my website and my paypal account was pirated too.
A malevolent person also took my commercial extension and offered it illegally on peer to peer networks. You are now telling me that somebody used several accounts
on your site to manipulate the ranking of my extension.
I am not responsible for this action. I submitted my commercial extension to you several months ago and I only received positive feedback, and this without ever using illegal methods.
You only need to check the positive evaluations I received. Deleting my extension and blocking my account would give satisfaction to the people who want to harm my interests. 
I would thus ask you to please restore my extension and help me if possible in my research to find this malevolent person and provide me with all information you could gather on your website about these votes on
my extension (IP, addresses email, name, first name, etc…) Thanks for your kind understanding, hoping you will trust me and believe me. Best regards
