samSiteMap site back, how can we get relisted?

I moved our website to a new server, upgraded the Joomla to latest release and in the process broke our copy of DocMan (downloads were not working). I have fixed the problem and samSiteMap can now be downloaded again.

I am assuming this is why we are no longer listed under the indexing category.

Can someone help me get it turned back on?
