Notation for Legacy Mode components and plug-ins...

Is there a benefit to the community at large to split the classification of items in the extensions library to give an indication if the object in question runs natively under J1.5 or requires Legacy mode?  That might be a deciding factor for someone making a choice between two components.  Something visual like the 1.0 and 1.5 badges that already exist.
