Modify "Registration Complete!" Page

Hi .... I'd like to add a line break or paragraph spacing above the "Registration Complete!" heading.

In my .css, it's bumping up against my top menu and looks like a mistake. I've tried modifying my stylesheet, but am having problems with margins/padding when there is no pathway showing at the top (like in this page). when I add the margin or padding to the heading, I have spacing trouble with pages that have the pdf/print/email icon.

The simplest solution I could see is to just add a line space or paragraph to this screen ... but I'm open to suggestions.
