Banner fix in Internet Explorer.

I just recently installed a joomla site, and you can view it here  http://www.inlandradiology.com . The banner image in the top module looks fine in mozilla but if i was to view it in Internet explorer it stretches it out to be 468 x 468 instead of 468 x60. How can i fix this, i am new to joomla and to coding.

The banner seems to expand when you leave the home page to view another page on the site, but when you return to the home page its has the same problem. It's only on IE not firefox. Any suggestions on a fix?
