how to make search only from current category?

Hello all

Let's suppose we have following example

men /Section/
. . . age 20-25 /Category/
. . . age 26-30 /Category/
. . . age 31-35 /Category/
. . . age 36-... /Category/

. . . height ...-150 cm /Category/
. . . height 151-170 cm /Category/
. . . height 171-190 cm /Category/
etc.

I think it's obvious we wold have 3 copies of one certain man who is 20-25 years and 171-190 tall
And if we have the same structure for women and search for Joan we are going to see at least 3 copies of one men and 3 - of a woman
The problem is to make search go through current category only

Please help
