Download site for Joomla 1.5RC3 is down!

Does anyone knows why does dis happen?

I need to download some stuff from that site and all links doesn't work.

i have a dedicated server at (mt) and tried to download using Lynx, when accessing to the download link i've got this:

  Unhandled PropelException


Hope this can be fixed.
