JoomlaCode registration not working

I tried twice creating a user on JoomlaCode.org to report bugs, and both "Could not get user" when I use the confirmation email that it sends back to me.
Very hard to report bugs....

I've noticed this from time to time.  Try back later and you should be able to get through.

Now I have a new problem:
I have monitored two bugs / tickets (Joomla 1.5 and Imagebrowser) but they are not shown in my personal monitoring area.
What could be wrong?
